Residential air duct cleaning

A thorough process, not a shortcut.

Air duct cleaning should be a careful, system-level service—not a low-price pass at the visible registers. We evaluate the home, protect the work area, clean thoroughly, and document what we find.

01Inspect

Understand the system before recommending the work.

02Clean

Use professional equipment and protect the surrounding area.

03Verify

Leave a clear service record — photos, findings, and airflow notes when they apply.

Our standard

The work should match the system.

Every home is different. The number of systems, supply registers, returns, access points, contamination level, and layout all affect the scope. We begin by understanding those conditions instead of forcing every home into the same package.

The Vent Guys is a NADCA member company and follows a standards-based approach to HVAC-system cleaning.

How we approach the work

A clear process from first look to final cleanup.

01

Assess the system

We review the accessible HVAC system, registers, returns, and conditions that affect the scope of work.

02

Protect the home

We prepare the work area and use a controlled process designed to contain removed debris.

03

Clean the duct system

We work through the supply and return side of the system using professional equipment and a method matched to the home.

04

Document the result

We show you visible findings, completed work, and any concern that needs separate attention.

What cleaning can address

Visible buildup deserves a closer look.

Customers often call after seeing heavy dust or debris at registers and return grilles, after renovation work, when moving into a home, or when the system has not been cleaned in many years.

Cleaning is not a cure for every indoor-air concern. If we see signs of moisture, damaged ductwork, an equipment issue, or another condition outside the cleaning scope, we will explain that clearly.

Pricing and scope

A real quote requires real system information.

We do not advertise a one-price-fits-all air duct cleaning. To scope the work, we need to understand the number of HVAC systems, registers and returns, access conditions, and what you are seeing inside the home.

Send photos if you have them. We will ask the right questions and explain what the proposed service includes.
